We also are diligent about staying up-to-date on background check compliance, as regulations can change at the federal, state and local levels quite often. While we don’t provide legal advice to our clients (we leave that up to your attorneys), Clarifacts does strive to inform and educate you about legislation that impacts employment background screening and background check compliance.
